Our Board of Directors and its elected members

The Board of Directors is made up of 22 farmers – who are elected by VIVESCIA's members – and a representative of the company investment fund. These directors represent the farmers: they set VIVESCIA’s objectives and make sure they are achieved. Eight of them make up the board committee, and four works council representatives are also involved in the Board’s work.
